The Challenge:Create a communications campaign that would reach multiple decision makers regarding the creation and development of an education camp for inner city youth along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. The message must unite state and local leaders, educators, and potential donors around the vision. A series of video messages were created that appealed in different ways to various interest groups, resulting in final approval for construction by the state of Maryland, and the securing of 33 million dollars in funds raised.

The Challenge:Prepare in a very short time and important video message from the President of NRTC to air a major conference where he is the featured speaker. The message must be a strong and compelling lead-in to his message on "the Digital Divide" the need to provide affordable digital communications services to rural America.
